A little about myself.

I am obsessed with indie coffee shops and soy chai tea lattes.  In this setting I spend much time reflecting, planning, writing, reading, thinking, meeting, and learning.  I love indie coffee shops because they have interesting people, interesting artwork, and comfy couches to sit on.  Who can possibly do any self-discovery on hard, wooden chairs?

I will admit that I’m pretty emo and can be cheesy at times.  I enjoy inspiration and heart-felt things.  I usually don’t like it when others are the cheesy/emo.  Ironically, I like adventures even though I’m scared of danger and risks.

I think the most amazing miracle to witness is to see a person change for the better.  I desire to witness these types of miracles daily in myself, in my friends, and in my family.  This is the heart that God has given me.  I believe that the true state of the human soul should be discovered and revealed so that the need for the grace of God will also be revealed.  To achieve this, I am honest and open in all my entries.  If someone has been truly freed and redeemed by an amazing savior from darkness, then what is there to be ashamed of?  My heart is on my sleeve.

You know when you read/hear something at the exact right moment and it hits you really hard?  I would love for this blog to be something “stumbled upon”; that I may relate to even one person in their darkest hour or time of questioning, my purpose would be fulfilled.
